Terms of Service
Last updated: April 8, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of HubCreator, a web application for agencies, brands, and creator teams that manage multiple creators, connect authorized TikTok accounts, and view creator analytics and publication reports.
1. Eligibility and business use
HubCreator is intended for lawful business and team use. You may use HubCreator only if you have authority to create workspaces, invite users, and connect TikTok accounts or channels you are authorized to manage.
2. Accounts and workspace responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions taken under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the users, creators, and channels they add to the service.
3. Authorized TikTok use
You may connect only TikTok accounts and channels for which you have the necessary authorization. You must comply with TikTok’s developer terms, platform terms, community rules, branding requirements, and applicable law when using HubCreator with TikTok.
4. Scope-limited access
HubCreator accesses TikTok data only within the scopes approved for the application and granted by the user. If a user denies or revokes a required scope, some HubCreator features may stop working.
5. Service features
HubCreator currently provides workspace management, creator management, multi-channel TikTok connection flows, publication lists, public TikTok metrics, CSV export, and related sync history. Features may change as the service evolves.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use HubCreator to:
- misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a creator, client, or TikTok account;
- collect or use data beyond the permissions granted by the user or permitted by law;
- violate TikTok policies, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or security rules;
- interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse API limits.
7. Data accuracy and third-party services
HubCreator depends on TikTok and other third-party services. Analytics, availability, and sync timing may be delayed, incomplete, rate-limited, or unavailable due to provider-side limits, scope changes, outages, or user revocation.
8. Suspension and termination
HubCreator may suspend or terminate access to any workspace or user that violates these Terms, applicable law, or relevant platform policies, or where continued access would create security, privacy, legal, or compliance risk.
9. Deletion and offboarding
Workspace owners may delete creators and workspaces from the application interface. Deleting a creator or workspace removes the related local data from the active deployment, subject to reasonable operational backups and legal retention obligations.
10. Disclaimers
HubCreator is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or approved by any third-party platform. App review and platform approval decisions remain solely with TikTok.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HubCreator and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
12. Changes to the service or these terms
HubCreator may modify the service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be directed to the operator of this HubCreator deployment using the contact details on the official website linked from the app review submission.
